Advantage of Gypsum Board Making Line
The big advantage is the automatic PLC controller dryer system, which is the most important section in gypsum board production line and also a key link to ensure of finished boards’ quality. It consists of entry part, closing part, exit part, hot air circulation system,etc and its layers and length depend on different board capacities. With their own separate hot air cycling, this system is divided into two zones: after entering the mixing room, the high temperature gas generated by heating supplying system mixes with the circulating air in the duct, enters into the closing part by circulating fan and finally dry the wet gypsum boards, and guide plates can adjust the air speed and air direction to the best status. Meanwhile, the gypsum boards runs slowly in the drying system and are evenly evaporated so that the water content of final gypsum board product can be kept at 5%-10%. In addition, to increase the efficiency and decrease the noise and electricity consumption,we change the circulating fan type and use Japan technology. With the perfect automatic operation and board-exit process, the drying system can be easily operated well.
The direct-combustion hot air stove makes the drying system energy-saving, high efficient.
