Short Description:

The gypsum rock of size 1- 4cm rocks is lifted by bucket elevator into gypsum rock silos, then is fed to grinding mills to get raw gypsum powder/stucco, then it is conveyed to bucket elevator to stable silo, after measured accurately by belt scale system with PLC controlled, then it is fed into calcination kiln. With large quantity of heat from hot air stove or boiler, raw gypsum powder becomes calcined gypsum powder in the kiln. After cooling or aging, the finished product is packed into different bags by packing machine.

1.Vertical kiln production process

Boiling kiln is gypsum powder calcinationer, in it, raw gypsum powder is calcined and free water and part of crystal water are taken away, the gypsum powder become into semi-hydrated gypsum molecular structure, become plaster of paris. The state of the bed of the gypsum boiling calciner belongs to a bubbling bed, so this kind of furnace is vividly referred to as a "boiling furnace". The boiling furnace calcination section is a vertical tank with a gas distribution plate at the bottom. The purpose is to stop solid powder from flowing down when the boiling furnace stops working, so that the airflow from the bottom evenly flow into the bed. on the up surface of the bed equipped with with a continuous feeder. on the upper interface at the furnace wall a hole for discharging material was opened . A large number of heating pipes are arranged in the bed. The heating medium in the pipe is steam, heat conducting oil or hot air , and the heat is transmitted to the fluidized gypsum powder outside the pipe through the pipe wall, so that the gypsum powder is dehydrated and decomposed.

4. Scope of application:

Gelled material made by dehydrating natural gypsum(raw material). Its main component is β-GaSO4·1/2H2O, without any admixture or additive.

The natural gypsum should be in conformity with requirements of "gypsum rock(JC/T700) for making cementing material" gypsum rock of Grade 3 or more higher grades.
